Once your returned package reaches our Ludhiana warehouse and passes quality inspection, refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days.

You can quickly find any garment using the “I’m looking for…” search bar in the top header—search by product type (such as knitted cardigans, winter skivis, shrugs, cable-knit dresses, men’s sweaters, or oversized cotton t-shirts), color, or fabric. You can also browse directly through our curated Shop Men, Shop Women, and Special Offers collections in the main menu and filter by size, price, or color.
Yes. Simply click the Heart (Wishlist) icon on any product card or product detail page to save your favorite winter knits and everyday essentials. Your saved items can be accessed anytime via the Wishlist icon in the top-right header, making it easy to move them straight to your cart when you are ready to check out.
Real-time stock availability is displayed on every product page. When you select your preferred color and size, an active “Add to Cart” button confirms the item is ready to ship from our Ludhiana facility. If a specific size or shade is sold out, it will be marked as Out of Stock or unavailable for selection.
Yes, we support fast guest checkout so you can complete your purchase using just your shipping and contact details. However, creating a Creative Line account lets you track orders seamlessly, manage return or exchange requests directly from your dashboard, save multiple delivery addresses, and receive early access to seasonal sales.

Yes, 100%. Every transaction on Creative Line is processed through industry-standard, PCI-DSS compliant and SSL-encrypted payment gateways. We never store your credit card, debit card, or banking passwords on our servers.
Yes. You can apply valid promo codes (such as seasonal offers displayed on our top announcement bar) directly in the “Coupon Code” field on the Shopping Cart or Checkout page before completing payment. Please ensure only one promo code is applied per order unless stated otherwise.
If your payment fails due to a network drop or bank timeout, please wait a few minutes before retrying. If an amount was debited from your bank or UPI account without generating an Order ID, it is typically auto-reversed by your bank within 3 to 5 business days. You can also email your transaction reference to online@creativelineindia.com or call +91 161 4071977 for immediate verification.
Order & Returns
If you face a size issue, are unsatisfied with the delivered garment, or notice a manufacturing defect/variation, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. To qualify for a return:
The garment must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original Creative Line brand tags and packaging must be intact.
Any complimentary gift included with the order must also be returned.
Once the returned piece reaches our Ludhiana warehouse and clears Quality Check (Q/C), your refund is processed within 7 to 10 business days—back to the original payment source for prepaid orders, or via NEFT bank transfer for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
You can initiate a return within 24 hours of delivery through any of these three channels:

Email: Write to online@creativelineindia.com with your Order ID. (If reporting a manufacturing defect or product variation, please attach clear product snapshots within 24 hours of delivery).

Reverse Pick-Up: We arrange doorstep reverse pick-up for all serviceable pin codes across India.
Non-Serviceable Pin Codes: If our logistics partners do not offer reverse pick-up in your area, you may self-ship the package back to our Ludhiana address, and we will reimburse ₹100 toward your next order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective item or an incorrect dispatch due to an error on our part, Creative Line covers the full return shipping cost and refunds any original delivery charges. (Standard shipping charges on non-defective returns are non-refundable).
Yes. If you need a different size or replacement for a genuine variation/defect, inform us within 24 hours of delivery via your account dashboard or by emailing online@creativelineindia.com. Once our team picks up and verifies the original unused item with tags intact, we will dispatch your replacement size or process a full refund based on your preference.
Shipping, Fabric Care & Store Info
Orders are dispatched directly from our manufacturing hub in Ludhiana and delivered within 5 to 7 working days across India. Once dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with your Order ID, which you can enter on our Order Tracking page to view live courier updates.
Our cardigans, skivis, shrugs, coats, and stoles are crafted from fine wool, acrylic, and jacquard blends. For lasting softness and shape retention, hand wash gently in cold water using a mild liquid detergent or select a cold delicate wool cycle. Never wring or hang wet knitwear; always lay flat in the shade to dry.
Every Creative Line garment is designed and manufactured in-house at Creative House, Ludhiana, Punjab—India’s premier knitwear hub since 1991. You can also shop our collections in person at our flagship store located at 15-D Main Road, BRS Nagar, Ludhiana, Punjab (Open Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
